Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital items — including downloads, printables, lesson plans, activity books, and any other digital content — are non‑refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, the sale is considered final.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on these items.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive the product you purchased.

 

Accidental Duplicate Purchases

 

If you accidentally purchase the same digital item more than once, please contact us within 7 days with your order details. We’re happy to review duplicate purchases and may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Merchandise Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Special Edition Parent. We want you to love your purchase, and we aim to make the return process clear and fair. This policy applies to all physical merchandise sold on our website.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for a refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items

  • Personalized or custom‑made products

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

Digital products remain non‑refundable under all circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, please contact us. In most cases, you’ll return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
